These terms govern your use of harvestbasketball.com and registration in Harvest Basketball programs, operated by A2 Sports LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina. By using the site or registering, you agree to them.

Registration and payment

Program registrations are confirmed when payment completes through our payment processor, Square. Prices, dates, and capacity limits are listed on each program page. A parent or legal guardian must complete registration and sign the program waiver for each player. For refund or transfer questions, contact family@harvestbasketball.com; we handle them case by case and fairly.

Programs

Session schedules may shift for weather, facility availability, or makeups; we communicate changes to registered families. Selection for travel teams is at the coaching staff's discretion. Participation requires the signed waiver and accurate player information.

Text messaging program

Harvest Basketball offers SMS messaging for program information, registration confirmations, and schedule updates. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Site content

Site content, marks, and photos belong to Harvest Basketball or are used with permission; don't reuse them without asking. Accounts are for your own family; keep your sign-in to yourself.

Liability

Basketball is a physical sport and participation carries inherent risk, which the program waiver covers in detail. To the fullest extent the law allows, the site and programs are provided as-is, and our liability is limited to amounts paid for the program at issue. These terms are governed by North Carolina law.
