Harvest Basketball (operated by A2 Sports LLC, Raleigh, North Carolina) runs youth basketball programs: travel teams, camps, clinics, open gyms, training, and school intramurals. This policy explains what information we collect through harvestbasketball.com and our programs, and how we use it.

What we collect

Parents and guardians provide us contact information (name, email, phone, address) and player information (name, birthdate, grade, school, shirt size, position preferences) when they register for programs, join an interest list, or contact us. Payments are processed by Square; we never see or store full card numbers. Our website uses only the cookies needed for sign-in sessions.

Children

Our programs serve minors, so player information is always provided by a parent or guardian, never collected directly from children. Player photos or names are published only with a parent's media consent, which you control from your family portal account.

How we use it

To run the programs: processing registrations, building rosters, ordering shirts, communicating schedules and program updates, and responding to your questions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

Text messaging

If you opt in to text messages, we use your number for registration confirmations, schedule updates, and replies to messages you send us. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the vendors that deliver messages on our behalf. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

Service providers

We use trusted vendors to operate: Square (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and email and SMS delivery providers. They process data only to provide their service to us.

Retention and your choices

We keep registration records as long as needed for program operations and legal requirements. You can review or update your family's information any time in the portal, or email us to request access, correction, or deletion.
